Shopping with Brightly Picked

These terms apply to purchases and use of brightlypicked.com, hosted by Shopify. By placing an order, you confirm you can enter into a purchase agreement and your billing, contact and delivery information is accurate.

Products and pricing

Review descriptions, variants, sizing and care information before ordering. Colors may appear differently on screens. Prices and availability may change before purchase. Currency, discounts, shipping and taxes are displayed at checkout.

Bundle discounts apply when the cart meets the offer conditions. The best eligible offer applies; discounts do not stack unless expressly stated. Compare-at prices are reference prices, not additional charges.

Orders and payment

Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We may decline orders reasonably suspected of fraud.
