Refund policy

30-day returns

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable. Keep your order confirmation.

Start a return

Use our contact page and include your order number. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not send items to the address printed on the parcel without contacting us first.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. No restocking fee applies. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items when a return is required.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Refunds and exchanges

We notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time; contact us if the credit has not appeared after 15 business days.

Contact us before returning an item for exchange so we can confirm availability. Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale before purchase are excluded from change-of-mind returns; defective-item rights still apply.

Bundles and cancellations

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for returned items after discounts. Contact us promptly to cancel or change an order. Once dispatched, our return process applies.
